The professional growth of my professional skills has been gradual and progressive because the subject matter of the BUSN 697 E-Portfolio course has been thoroughly grasped by me. Moreover, there has been studying of the course materials thoroughly by me. The interactions with my peer students have made me more knowledgeable to identify specific strengths as well as specific weaknesses in my professional habits. This is because there have been new insights provided to me about professionalism and showcasing of professional talents and skills in an effective way to my future employers. There has been learning about utilizing new platforms by me like the Portfolium platform. When the master’s program had begun, there had been the presence of professional writing skills in me. This is because I had already completed the courses of SCMT545 Airport Security Design as well as TLMT 601 Transportation Economics from the American Public University System before completing the course on BUSN 697 E-Portfolio. There had been expertise already developed by me to identify the elements to be included in a military career plan for my future. The skills already developed me before the beginning of my master’s program had been drafting research papers, finalizing drafts of research papers, designing and completing PowerPoint Presentations, etc. There had been knowledge about using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation by me. This is because I had already used these in my high school as well as the organization of doing internship by me. There had been many mistakes committed by me while using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation by me in my high school and organization of internship after high school. However, the lessons learned from the commitment of these mistakes by me have been such that perfection has been mastered by me. That is why it has been convenient for me to complete the SCMT545 Airport Security Design as well as TLMT 601 Transportation Economics from the American Public University System with convenience and not much difficulty. The progressing towards completing the course on BUSN 697 E-Portfolio in this university has also been convenient for me without facing much difficulty. My first major strength had been in doing analysis of different situations and any information based on figures or statistics. This is because there had been statistical analysis learned and mastered by me. As I progress through the courses in the master’s program, I have learned more about the ways in which figures and statistical can be used to synthesize and deduce arguments for persuading the audience. I have learned different ways of using Microsoft Excel in different situations.
